Setting the Table: Food and Justice

Join us at the table if you are interested in unpacking several diverse cultures through their food and the historical context of oppression, assimilation, and resilience. Over eight weeks, we will dig deeper into a “Potluck Theology” (Dr. Joyce del Rosario) and learn about the diverse dynamics within the Indigenous, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Armenian, African American and Latinx groups.

This group will meet with a hybrid model, some meetings face to face and some online. This table is for those who have attended Workshop 1.0 or who already have a foundational understanding of systemic racism.
