let's get a little more specific

The answers you provide in this section will help us create your Group in our database. Do your best to answer the questions as fully as possible at this time.

can we talk about Christianity real quick?

Our church is founded on specific beliefs that guide and propel our ministry. As shepherds, we believe our group leaders are an extension of our ministry efforts, and must therefore share those same beliefs. If you have any questions about what we believe at Fellowship, please check out our website.

leader standards

commitment

As a ministry, we deeply value training and development. A few times per year, we will ask you to take some time to grow in your leadership and bond as a team. Trainings will generally happen regularly and best fitted to this season. We will ask you in advance so that you can plan to attend. Outside of our ministry training, we also believe that as people of faith, there are important ways we each need to grow and develop. We ask volunteers to yearly take in at least one of our Fellowship opportunities to grow (eg. Racial Reconciliation Workshop, a Mission Experience, etc).

staying connected

It’s important for you to feel like you are a part of the team, that’s part of what makes serving so great! In order to foster this, your LifeGroup Team is committed to checking in with you regularly. They will connect with you about ministry and are always prepared to help equip and encourage you in your area of service. It’s important that this is mutual! To help us do our jobs well, we ask you to commit to reading and responding to emails. We also ask that you be willing to share with us about your life. We know that what goes on in your week affects how you serve. We want to both celebrate and pray with you.

anything else?

We are deeply grateful for your desire to partner in the ministry of making disciples at Fellowship! Once you submit your application, the appropriate team will be in contact regarding next steps. You can expect to hear from us within 3 business days.
